Title: College Partnership Coordinator and Marketing Specialist

General Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a College Partnership Coordinator and Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our comprehensive student handbooks to colleges and other educational institutions.  They would also aid in partnering with other schools to expand the use of this product.The ideal candidate is a self-motivated and enthusiastic professional with a passion for education and a proven track record in sales. 

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
– Make calls and set up  meetings to discuss with college administration the usefulness and importance of the handbook, as well as methods of implementing it.
– Discuss the creation and development of new versions of the handbook for other colleges that are more specific to their institutions.
– Make sales and close contracts with various higher education institutions.
– Promote the handbook at conferences and events for college staff.
Minor Duties and Responsibilities:
– Commuting to and from meetings and events to promote the handbook and negotiate contracts.
– Keeping in touch with the handbook’s development and editorial team about ideas and feedback from clients.
– Engage and follow up with potential clients.
– Respond to orders and questions and discuss pricing.
Qualifications:
– A 4 year bachelor’s degree is required
– 2 years marketing or sales experience is preferred.
– US Work Authorization is required.
